The East County Division of the San Diego Superior Court, Family Law Division, now has the same Ex Parte procedures as downtown.

CALL AHEAD FOR THE FILE 619-456-4107 between 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 1 or 2 business days in advance of the proposed Ex Parte hearing unless you are requesting a DVTRO.

Ex Parte hearings are Monday through Friday at 8:30 a.m. and Tuesday and Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.

Check-in for Ex Parte is with the Courtroom Clerk or Bailiff in the assigned Department.

If you did not call for the file, YOU WILL NOT BE HEARD.
